The application form can found under the drop down admission form and should be submitted and accompanied by the following documentation:

• A copy of the learner’s latest school report
• A copy of latest assessment or report by an Educational or Clinical psychologist (if applicable)
• Copies of any other reports from relevant therapists (if applicable)
• On receipt of the form you may be contacted to attend an interview.  This may be followed by your child spending a trial period  with us at Summerfield College.
